Equipment took forever to ship. When I reached out they said they would include some free swag for the delay, that never happened. Finally got my equipment and the one metal tube was not cut correctly so could not use the pulley system. Emailed back and got no response so had to find a person to pay to cut this metal for me so I would be able to use the equipment. Which I assume will void my warrant... So while it seems like a good deal and everyone is giving great reviews be cautious with your hard earned money!

I haven't actually set up my gym flooring yet but Jeff Powell was incredibly helpful with every step of my flooring journey. I'm sure the product is fine but I feel confident giving 5 stars because of all the help received specifically from Jeff.

We did tons of researching all our gym flooring options and after a consult call with Titus, decided this was the best out there. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in providing an accurate estimate of the number of tiles needed, hours to self install and shared some great 'how to install' tips. The purchase and pick up was really fast (shocking these days, right?) Great value, excellent quality product and service experience. I highly recommend this company.

Just had a home gym floor installed today. Titus was very helpful in selecting a product and getting the delivery and install set up. Excellent price for good quality product and the odour is minimal. Excellent install. Beautiful job around the edges and at the doors. I highly recommend!

I dont deadlift and i dont throw dumbells on the ground so i asked for the cheapest 3/4 inch rubber mats, they got delivered in 2-3 days (in montreal, Quebec) and took a few hours to install, directly on basement concrete. These mats (the cheapest ones remember) are not 3/4 inch all over; if you look underneath, they are channeled (maybe to save weight and rubber). They do the job 100%, i have a squat stand and benchpress 2 plates and they hold up no problem. Wife jumps around and does insanity and no problem there either. There is no smell but when my 1 hear old crawls on it, he gets his hand dirty, only downside of rubber. Get it!

We were looking to revamp a kids playroom into a small workout area and after a fair bit of research on flooring we found Landmark. Our sales rep was Titus who answered all of our install questions with regards to a few products and we finally settled on the LDS Utility Tile - Grey - 20mm.Great product, easy to install and the family is happy!!! Wow! So, I've come here because of my terrible experience with The Treadmill Factory (see my review there) and one of the reviewers mentioned this company. I did a quick search and went over the reviews and website and then purchased 3 resistance bands at approximately $20 less. Noticeable difference between shipping costs too $9.96 versus $13.95. Purchase was made on May 12 for: STRENGTH BAND 41 - SET OF 3 - RED

Amazing customer service! Derek answered all my phone calls, emails and questions very quickly regarding the best gym flooring for my needs. The flooring got delivered quickly and in great shape. Fantastic Service! I was helped by Titus! He was a joy to communicate with and would often return my emails within a few hours! Equipment was exactly as described! Good Value and Dependable so far! Also, normally arranging for pick up especially during the pandemic and the lockdowns is difficult, but the staff did a great job making the transaction nice & smooth! Would definitely shop again!
